Öffne im Spiel ⚙️ Optionen → Konto und tippe auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“ (oder im Shop unter Premium). Einmalige Käufe wie „Werbung entfernen“, Figuren, Haustiere, Ausstattung und Emotes kommen damit zurück, auch auf einem neuen Gerät mit demselben Google-Konto bzw. derselben Apple-ID. Auf Steam erscheinen gekaufte DLC automatisch, sobald Steam online ist; hilft das nicht, starte Steam neu. Fehlt danach immer noch etwas, schreib uns.
Erstattungen laufen über den Store, bei dem du gekauft hast: bei Google Play über „Bestellverlauf“ in der Play-Store-App, bei Apple über reportaproblem.apple.com, bei Steam über die Steam-Hilfe. Wir selbst sehen keine Zahlungsdaten.
Nein. Alle Chips und Coins sind Spielgeld. Sie lassen sich weder kaufen noch auszahlen. Feierabend Poker ist ein Spiel, kein Glücksspiel um Geld.
Als Gast liegt dein Spielstand nur auf dem alten Gerät. Lege dort vor dem Wechsel unter ⚙️ Optionen → Konto ein kostenloses Konto an und melde dich auf dem neuen Gerät mit derselben E-Mail-Adresse an. Käufe holst du auf jeden Fall mit „Käufe wiederherstellen“ zurück. Brauchst du Hilfe beim Umzug, schreib uns.
Tippe beim Anmelden auf „Passwort vergessen?“. Du bekommst eine E-Mail, mit der du ein neues Passwort festlegst. Schau auch im Spam-Ordner nach.
Im Hauptmenü unter MULTIPLAYER → „Online-Tisch“ eröffnest du einen Tisch und teilst den Tisch-Code mit deinen Freunden. Unter FREUNDE fügst du Freunde über ihren Freundes-Code hinzu. Online-Tische brauchen eine Internetverbindung; Story, Endlos und Bot-Tische gehen auch offline.
In den Apps für Android und iPhone kommt nach manchen beendeten Tischen eine Vollbild-Anzeige, nie mitten in einer Hand. Mit dem Kauf „Werbung entfernen“ ist sie dauerhaft weg. Deine Einwilligung zu personalisierter Werbung änderst du unter ⚙️ Optionen → Konto → „Werbe-Datenschutz ändern“. Die Steam-Version hat keine Werbung.
Beides unter ⚙️ Optionen: „Sprache“ (Deutsch oder Englisch) und „Erinnerungen“.

We usually answer within two working days. Please include your player name, your friend code (in the game under FRIENDS), whether you play on Android, iPhone/iPad or Steam, and which device you use.
In the game open ⚙️ Options → Account and tap "Restore purchases" (or in the Shop under Premium). One-time purchases such as "Remove Ads", figures, pets, items and emotes come back, also on a new device with the same Google account or Apple ID. On Steam, bought DLC appears automatically as soon as Steam is online; if not, restart Steam. If something is still missing, write to us.
Refunds go through the store you bought from: Google Play under "Order history" in the Play Store app, Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Steam via Steam Support. We never see any payment data.
No. All chips and coins are play money. They can neither be bought nor paid out. Feierabend Poker is a game, not real-money gambling.
As a guest your progress is stored only on the old device. Before switching, create a free account there under ⚙️ Options → Account and sign in on the new device with the same email address. Purchases always come back with "Restore purchases". If you need help moving your game, write to us.
Tap "Forgot password?" when signing in. You will get an email to set a new password. Please also check your spam folder.
In the main menu under MULTIPLAYER → "Online table" you open a table and share the table code with your friends. Under FRIENDS you add friends by their friend code. Online tables need an internet connection; story, endless and bot tables also work offline.
In the Android and iPhone apps a full-screen ad appears after some finished tables, never in the middle of a hand. Buying "Remove Ads" removes them for good. You can change your consent to personalised ads under ⚙️ Options → Account → "Ad privacy settings". The Steam version has no ads.

Send us the name and, if possible, when and at which table you saw it. We will check it and change or block the name.
